Questions about AudSpeX

Practical answers for audiologists and patients using the reporting workspace.

What is AudSpeX?

AudSpeX is a browser-based workspace for patient records, pure tone audiometry (PTA) and tympanometry reporting. Clinicians enter measured results and prepare their own reports.

Is AudSpeX free to use?

The current PTA and tympanometry reporting tools are free to use. Create an account to access the clinician workspace.

Can I use my own letterhead and graph settings?

Yes. Each doctor account can keep its own clinic letterhead, graph preferences and report layout. Review the patient’s report before publication.

Does AudSpeX perform a hearing test through my device?

No. Enter measurements obtained using appropriate calibrated clinical equipment. The site creates graphs and reports from those values.

Can I print reports or save a PDF?

Yes. The report workspace includes print and PDF saving options. Review the measurements, wording and layout before printing or publishing.

How can a patient find a report?

Open Find your report and use the doctor and patient IDs provided by your clinician, or select phone number and date of birth. The date of birth must match exactly; equivalent local and international phone formats are accepted with the correct phone-number country. Only published reports are returned; no patient account is required.

Who should I contact about a problem?

Contact the AudSpeX team at [email protected] or +92 332 2226920. Please do not put patient details in public reviews or social media comments.
