What AudSpeX can do for your clinic.
AudSpeX is free, browser-based audiology reporting software for audiologists and clinics. Record measured pure tone audiometry and tympanometry results, design reports with your own letterhead, and let patients retrieve published reports without an account.
PTA audiograms: air and bone conduction
Record right and left ear air conduction (AC) and bone conduction (BC) thresholds, masked measurements and no-response points. Customise symbols, colours and frequency lines. These are clinician-entered measurements, not hearing thresholds measured by the website.
Tympanometry and impedance reporting
Record measured tympanometry traces, peak compliance, middle-ear pressure, ear canal volume and gradient. Prepare right and left ear graphs and editable report text. The browser does not measure middle-ear function or replace a tympanometer.
Patient records and previous reports
Keep patients and assessments in your clinician account. Search saved patients by name, phone or ID and open their previous reports. Other clinicians do not share your private workspace.
Your own letterhead and report editor
Use clinic branding and adjust report text, graph positions, patient details and layout. Save doctor-specific preferences. Review every report before publication and use Print / Save PDF for an A4 copy.
Patient access without registration
Patients can use Find your report with Doctor ID + Patient ID, or choose Phone number + Date of birth. The details must match the clinic record and the report must be published. Patients can then view the report and print or save a PDF.
Supported legacy database import
AudSpeX includes an import preview for supported legacy Connexx-style database records, including supported data.db and temp.db structures. Compatibility depends on the actual schema and available measurements. Preview and review results before import. This is not a universal live connection to every audiometer or tympanometer.
Free reporting and what is separate
The current PTA and tympanometry reporting workspace is free to use. Clinicians register and verify their email. Clinical test equipment, internet access and printing are separate. No universal hardware compatibility, clinical calibration or first-in-the-world claim is implied.
