AUDSPEX CLINICAL

Your records, handled with care.

Who can see your data

Your patient records and drafts are visible to your signed-in account and the platform administrator, Shahid Akhtar. Other registered clinicians cannot access them. The administrator can review your registration documents, manage accounts and block access.

Published patient reports

Published reports can be retrieved without an account using the doctor number and patient number, or the private PAT- retrieval code. They can also be retrieved using the matching phone number and exact date of birth in the patient record. Equivalent national and international phone formats are accepted when the correct phone-number country is selected. Anyone who knows those matching details can retrieve the associated published reports; they are not secret passwords. Numbered IDs are sequential and are not private passwords. Drafts are not included.

Registration and email

We collect your name, father’s name, contact details, degree, awarding institution, award date, credential document and clinic details. Professional registration details and a certificate can be supplied where applicable. Email codes verify control of your email address; the administrator separately reviews professional qualifications.

Storage and sessions

Records and credential documents are encrypted in the server database. Passwords are hashed. “Remember this device” keeps your login for up to 30 days; use it on a private device. Your browser’s password manager can save your password.

Patient consent and clinical records

Obtain patient consent before entering records. Enter results from calibrated equipment and review report wording before publication. Published reports are retained, and amendments preserve their history. Ask the administrator about record corrections and retention.
