From measured results to a clear report.
A practical guide for clinicians creating audiology reports and patients viewing a published copy.
1. Create your clinician account
Register with your professional and clinic details, verify your email and follow the account review process. Sign in to access your workspace.
2. Select the patient and assessment
Create or select a patient, then open PTA or tympanometry. Enter the results obtained from your calibrated clinical equipment.
3. Apply your clinic’s report design
Choose the graph settings, report format and letterhead you want to use. Your doctor account can retain reusable preferences for future reports.
4. Review and publish
Review the measurements, wording and print layout. Save a draft while working, then publish when the report is ready. Unpublished edits do not replace the previously published report.
5. Print or save a PDF
Use the report’s Print / Save PDF option. Choose your printer or your browser’s Save as PDF destination to keep a digital copy.
6. Help the patient find the report
Give the patient their doctor and patient IDs. They can use Find your report on the homepage with those IDs, or their exact recorded phone number and date of birth, without creating an account.
