Find your report on your phone.
Open audspex.com and choose Find your report, or use the search form on Home. No patient login or registration is required. Only published reports are returned.
Method 1: Doctor ID + Patient ID
Keep Doctor ID + Patient ID selected under Find reports using. Enter both IDs exactly as supplied by your clinic, then tap Find patient report. Your clinician login ID is not the same as the doctor number used for report retrieval.
Method 2: choose phone number + date of birth
Tap the Find reports using dropdown first. Select its second option, Phone number + Date of birth. The phone and date-of-birth fields will now appear.
Enter the recorded details
Choose the phone-number country and enter the number recorded by your clinic. Use the calendar field to enter the exact date of birth, then tap Find patient report. Equivalent local and international phone formats can match when the correct country is selected.
View, print or save
Open the matching published report, then use Print / Save PDF. Browser and phone menus can vary. Keep the report details private and share your report only with people you choose.
If no report appears
Check both IDs or the exact phone number and date of birth with your clinic. Ask whether the report has been published. Do not post medical information in public comments. Contact [email protected] for website support.
